Shipping Costs would be payable via a sum-up payment link and a free shipping discount will be provided to add to your online order - this is due to Worldwide zones costing more, we want you to pay the correct shipping for your items!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items purchased online excluding sale items are eligible for return, as long as proof of receipt is provided and it is returned within 30 days of purchase. This can be an email confirmation.

Any returns made via Royal Mail or courier, the cost is payable by the customer and is not the responsibility of LotLiv. Please ensure to send a copy of your order confirmation which should have your name, address and order number on as confirmation of purchase.
